Eric and I added a member to our family. Josie, or Jojo, as we lovingly call her, is a French bulldog. She was born on January 5, 2013, in Oklahoma. She traveled to NY and we brought her home on Thursday and she has been playing, snuggling, snorting, and making us fall in love with her more with each passing minute.
I mean how could you not LOVE this FACE!!!
She has fawn coloring with a white blaze and is only 4 pounds, but will grow to be around 15-17 pounds.

I have wanted a dog for a long time, but my lifestyle has been too demanding to take care of one. Now that my photography business is doing really well, I spend most days in my apartment editing photos, creating albums, responding to emails, blogging and preparing for weekend weddings.
So, this Christmas Eric shocked me with a beautifully wrapped box with a giant bow on it. I thought it was a pair of boots. It was SO MUCH BETTER! Eric gave me doggie poop bags! On Christmas day, I looked at him confused and he shouted “We’re getting a dog!”
I have the best husband ever. And now I have the best dog, too!

Jess, I love JoJo–just precious. A dog is so much joy and company. We adopted our last dog “Joe” a boxer last June. He has definitely became a member of our family. He is so precious also.
