Lindsey and Anthony knew right away they were perfect for each other.

After a first date at Norton’s in Tyson’s Corner, it was obvious they were a great match. They both began discussing the possibility of marriage very early on in their relationship, but Lindsey wanted to spend at least a year dating before he was “allowed” to pop the question.

Lindsey says, “As we were approaching the one year mark I began obsessively looking online for rings.”

The day began at the charming little white chapel, Vale United Methodist Church in Oakton, Virginia.

These two adorable flower girls are the children of the flower girls from the bride’s parents wedding.

The Virginia State tree is the dogwood. There was an absolutely beautiful flowering dogwood right next to the entrance to the chapel.

The reception took place at the American Legion Post 180, Patriot Hall.

Roses filled the centers of each table, but each one had a different number of stems.

As guests entered the reception they read that, for the first 12 months they were dating, Anthony gave Lindsey a rose to represent another wonderful month together, 1 rose for the first month, 2 roses for the second month, and so on. Each centerpiece represented one of those months.

Lindsey has always been an extremely picky eater and wanted to really enjoy the meal at her wedding. From the moment she started planning the wedding, Lindsey knew she wanted pizza. She found Chef Markens, who made gourmet pizzas from scratch using only the freshest ingredients.

The wedding favor went right along with the meal, personalized pizza cutters that read, “A Slice of LOVE.”

The couple shared their first dance to Eric Church’s You Makes it Look so Easy.

Congratulations Lindsey and Anthony!
