I met Stephanie and Tom in Brooklyn Heights for their engagement shoot. Despite the cold weather, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed the blue sky and beautiful view.
We also walked through the historic district of Dumbo and took advantage of the brick buildings and street art.

Stephanie shares the story of the proposal, “Tom and I met about five years ago on a very lucky day for both of us, St. Patrick’s Day! We dated for awhile and then, last August, Tom asked me to marry him on a romantic cruise around NYC. He told me that he was taking me on a nice date night, but didn’t give any other details.”
“We pulled up to Chelsea Piers and went on a beautiful boat called Le Bateaux. When we arrived at our table, there were roses and a bottle of champagne. We had a wonderful night enjoying the scenery and then, towards the end of the cruise, Tom got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Of course, I said yes! The band playing on the cruise announced our engagement and other guests dropped by throughout the rest of the cruise to congratulate us. It was the engagement of my dreams!”
They will be married this October overlooking the same skyline where Tom popped the question. Happy engagement Stephanie and Tom!
