Avivit and Jon have a beautiful baby boy named Max. We met in Central Park at The Pool for his first family portrait session.
Avivit shares, “Max’s full name is Maximilian Jon Schmeeckle and he was born on July 25th 2012. We chose the name Maximilian because we wanted a not too common name, but also something traditional. Maximilian means the greatest (I am a Jewish mother after all…) I really wanted my baby to be born in the year of the Dragon by Chinese calendar and he is also a Leo, so he has a ten foot tall personality. He is very playful and curious and absolutely loves attention, especially female attention.”

Avivit continues, “His blanket was crocheted by his aunt Dana for the holidays in December. She gave it to him when we were visiting Nebraska, which was his first trip. We love seeing new things and Max has already traveled overseas twice, to Israel and Paris. He got to try a french onion soup, ice cream and nutella.”
