Caitlin and Steve live in Long Island City near the Citi Bank building and wanted to capture their neighborhood in their engagement session. We had to stop by the court house, since they are both lawyers, but also because it has a beautiful fountain!
Steve shares, “Caitlin and I met at law school in Philadelphia in 2012. After hanging out in groups a few times, I finally worked up the courage to ask her out a few weeks after we met. Our first date was at a BYOT (bring your own tequila!) Mexican restaurant, and we got to know each other over chips, guacamole, and margaritas.
We ended up working at the same law firm after graduation and soon moved in together in New York City. On the heels of that major life decision we quickly made another; adopting an adorable Calico cat, Penny, who currently runs our apartment.
We’ll be getting married in February at the Brooklyn Winery. We’re so excited for a fun night with our closest friends and family!”
We also went to Gantry State Park for the beautiful skyline views.
