I met Alexis and Matt and their adorable one-year-old daughter, Lulu, at the Meadowlark Botanical Gardens in Vienna, Virginia. She was full of smiles!

Lulu was skipping around in little glittery Stride Rite shoes.
I asked her mom about her personality and she said, Lulu is “seriously the happiest baby ever–always smiling and talking all the time just like her mom and mom’s side of family!”
Lulu celebrated her first birthday with family and friends at her grandparents’ home in Reston, Virginia. Her favorite part of the pink-themed party was the CAKE!
Lulu loves dogs and cats (especially Murphy, Stanley and Delilah) and her favorite things are stuffed animals, bottles and cheese. Her favorite book is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? by Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle.
I had the honor of photographing Lulu’s newborn portraits one year ago. I can’t believe how quickly the time has passed! She just keeps getting cuter and cuter. Happy first birthday, Lulu!
