Natalie and William were married on a beautiful November day at Lionscrest Manor in Colorado.

Natalie and William shared a first look before the ceremony.

Their adorable son, Theo, looked so sweet and handsome in his bowtie.

The outdoor ceremony overlooked the mountains and was visited by a mule deer just before the ceremony began.

Natalie shares, “Will and I had always envisioned a very casual wedding day, so the details weren’t important to us, but our day ended up being perfectly wonderful in every way!

We both agree our favorite moment of the day was the ceremony. The weather was unseasonably beautiful–75 and sunny in November–and the details of the ceremony fit our personalities perfectly. We had all of our lovely family and friends there, including our pups, and the sentiment was exactly what we hoped it would be–fun, casual and full of love and joy.”

Congratulations Natalie and William!

Terri and Alex had a magical, fairy tale, book-inspired wedding in Montauk, NY. The day included a first look at a lighthouse, a ceremony surrounded by brightly colored wildflowers, a walk on the beach with their dog, and a reception filled with books, library lights and typewriters, and lots and lots of love.

The couple shared their first look at the Montauk Lighthouse.

The couple included a quaich, an ancient Scottish tradition, in their ceremony. The quaich is a two-handled cup that seals the bond of two people and celebrates the blending of two families. The tradition symbolizes love and trust as the couple shares the first drink of their marriage together.

After the ceremony, we went to Navy Beach with their pup to get some photos with a very important family member, Cosmo.

Terri shares, “We met on Tinder while living in Syracuse, NY, a day or two after Alex’s 24th birthday. My roommate was actually helping me swipe and we think she was the one who matched with Alex. Our first date was at Green Lakes State Park where we walked and talked for about two hours without a moment of silence. It was perfection from the beginning.

Alex proposed on our 3-year first date anniversary, but only after a bet was made during our quarterly performance review about whether he had an engagement ring. That evening he posted a series of post-it notes along the hallway and staircase leading to the roof. When Terri unscrambled the post-it’s, they spelled out “Pay up and marry me.” So she gave him $150 bucks and he gave her the engagement ring.”

Terri continues, “Our wedding was a genuine fairy tale. The goal was to make it a book-themed, whimsical story come to life and Coordinated to Perfection helped us do it. We loved everything about the entire weekend. Ruschmeyer’s is owned by our family and when we went to Montauk for the first time, we felt this peacefulness and magic. We knew we had to get married there.

Magic was pervasive throughout the entire weekend, but we had a few really amazing moments; the first look was breathtaking – seeing each other for the first time, facing the Atlantic Ocean, there was no moment that could be more surreal. The speeches given throughout the entire weekend helped reaffirm the love we have in our lives from all of our family and friends and served to remind us why we were there in the first place – to marry each other and join all our loved ones together. And finally, we finished the night of our wedding at the oceanfront at Montauk Blue with our closest friends and family and dove into the Atlantic Ocean in full wedding attire. Nothing screams fairy tale quite like that.”

Simone Vega of Coordinated to Perfection helped the couple create an enchanting design. Look closely at the centerpieces–each one was unique and included everything from antique-style bookends to library card holders bursting with flowers.

The couple shared their first dance to If I Aint Got You by Alicia Keys.

The wedding cake was an incredible design by Pure Sugar Inc that showcased a golden snitch and a re-creation of the bride’s grandmother’s jewelry box.

Congratulations Terri and Alex!

Mindy and Michael were married on a beautiful September day at the Brooklyn Winery. The day began at the St. Regis hotel and with photos in Central Park.

Mindy met Michael at the southeast corner of Central Park for their first look.

Mindy and Michael began working together at SafeRent in 2010 and really got to know each other in 2015 through work. Mindy shares, “I was so impressed with his charm, chivalry and of course, his professionalism. I knew at once that Michael was a wonderful person and was so glad he was in my life”

Michael asked Mindy to marry him in Central Park on April 21 of this year.

Mindy had a special surprise for Michael. She shares, “He was certain I got him a watch as a wedding gift. Instead I bought him a necklace he had admired in Peru (the week before the wedding) but didn’t buy and put it in an empty watch box. It was great to see his surprise (and confusion) when he opened the gift. We chose the cufflinks he wore for the wedding together in Peru as well.”

Mindy shares, “The wedding was better than I ever imagined it would be. My fascination with Indian culture and weddings inspired the decor and color scheme for our wedding. Kehrin made this vision come to life with a hint of Indian tradition paired with a color palette that was bright and vibrant with beautiful traditional floral garlands. The winery’s warmth from the reclaimed wood succulent wall, paired with the modern concrete floor and light filled atrium made for a perfect venue for what turned out to be a dream wedding for me. Seeing the room set for dinner prior to the guests entering brought tears to my eyes. It was magical and everything I imagined.

I loved everything about the day, from the luxurious room at the St Regis to getting ready with my darling nieces to seeing Michael for the first time in Central Park to walking down the aisle and seeing everyone I love in one place to pronouncing our love in front of them all to the delectable black and white cake from Amy’s Bread. It was all just perfect.

Michael forgetting his vows at home, his button popping off of his tuxedo when he was getting ready and my veil catching fire during my procession all just added to the special memories from the day. I was so honored to have my mother walk me down the aisle and give me away, my best friend standing beside me and my brother reading in the ceremony and sharing his lovely daughters as flower girls. My heart is so full. Our first dance was punctuated by Dorothy, my oldest niece, twirling around Michael and I. I wouldn’t have had it any other way.”

Congratulations Mindy and Michael!

Rachel and Dan were married at the Temple Emanu-El in Closter, New Jersey.

The couple shared a first look in the courtyard.

Rachel shares the story of how they met, “I was having a pretty standard day at my Verizon FiOS sales job at the corporate VZ store on Rt. 4, smiling and helping customers. I was always sure to make contact with every person that walked through the door. In walked Dan, wearing his signature black hat and unusually large black Spider jacket. He had let his beard grow out this cold 2013 winter.

I approached him, “Hi there, do you have FiOS in your home yet?” The closer Dan got to me, the taller he seemed. His eyes were staring right into mine, his smile showing through his beard. “Actually no, I need to speak with you….”

We got engaged on the Eiffel Tower August 16, 2018. Following “Thank you! That’s so nice, you don’t have to” and, eventually a teary “YES,” Dan and I walked the streets of Paris in a daze of love and happiness.”

Married!

During the reception, we had some time to sneak away for some portraits since the sky had cleared.

Congratulations Rachel and Dan!

Rachel shares, “One of my favorite moments of the day was the first look. It was so exciting and emotional to see Michael for the first time that day, and when I went to tap him on the shoulder I could feel the tears coming! For me, that was really the moment that kicked off the day and made everything feel so real.”

The ceremony was held outdoors under the beautiful summer sky.

Michael shares, “My favorite moment of the day was breaking the glass at the end of the ceremony. Not gonna lie, I was a bit nervous that the glass wouldn’t break, but then I heard the crack and the resounding mazel tov! I was so excited and happy to finally be married to Rachel.”

Rachel shares, “I would say our wedding style was classic and elegant. We fell in love with Brooklake Country Club as soon as we went to see the venue. The golf course setting was perfect and so picturesque for an outdoor ceremony followed by the reception in the beautiful ballroom. We chose primarily neutral colored florals in ivory and blush with pops of pink and greenery, which stood out nicely against the bridesmaids’ black dresses.”

Congratulations Rachel and Michael!
